l'artiste montre publiquement ce qu'il a caché publiquement… le cacher montré, la méditerranée est bien ce qui nous lie les uns aux autres (silence & bruit 2008) mais aussi ce qui
accompagne le pain dans sa fabrication… Je ne voudrais pas révéler les raretés de ce monde mais je pourrais bien les mettre de côté - de manière quotidienne - pendant que nous mangeons par exemple
- la compagnie. Ne pas séparer l'enveloppe de son contenu, tourner autour et en faire l'expérience, la peur du corps-étranger - la fève, travailler avec la matière panée, le temps
d'une "libre" boulangerie, l'accumulation d'informations dans un même temps et espace peuvent produire des catastrophes, découvrir est une déception. À quoi me fait penser le pain…à l'histoire. Why

What makes me bread think about?
